Pricing and levels
One credit covers up to 10,000 records of a file, and opening a file, the preview, and the check of what remains use no credits.
Every account starts at the Starter level. You need an account to export a protected copy, and each export uses credits.

How credits work
- What a credit is: one credit covers each started block of 10,000 records of a file. A file of 8,000 records uses 1 credit. A file of 25,000 records uses 3 credits, because each started block counts.
- When credits are used: only the export of a protected copy uses credits. An export reserves its credits before it starts, and uses them only when it succeeds. A canceled or failed export uses none.
- Your monthly credits: your level gives its credits at the start of each period. They end with that period, and unused credits are not carried over. On Starter, a period starts each month on the day your account was created. On a paid level, it is the period of your subscription.
- Credits from a pack last 12 months from the day you buy them. An export uses your monthly credits first, and then the credits from your packs.
- At the end of your credits: an export needs enough credits for all its records. You can buy a pack, move to another level, or wait for the next period.
Questions about price
What do I pay if I only need one file?
The Starter level costs $0 a month. It gives 10 credits each month. That covers the export of one file of up to 100,000 records.
What happens when I use up my credits?
An export needs enough credits for all its records. You can buy a pack of extra credits, move to another level, or wait for the next period's credits. Opening files, the preview, the check of what remains, and restoring values keep working.
Can I change or cancel my level?
Yes. Open the Account page and choose Manage billing. An upgrade starts at once. A downgrade or a cancellation starts at the end of the current period. After a cancellation, your account returns to Starter. Our cancellation and refunds page explains the details.
Is there a refund?
We do not refund a period that has started, or credits that have been used, except where the law gives you a refund. If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days. Our cancellation and refunds page describes it and its conditions.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your level's monthly credits do not. They end with their period. Credits from a pack last 12 months from the day you buy them.
Are prices in my currency?
The prices on this page are in US dollars. Prices in euros and pounds, with VAT included, are shown at checkout. Full prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
Your account keeps its paid level for up to 7 days after the period ended, without new monthly credits. If the payment still fails, the account returns to Starter. Your saved data in your browser is not affected.
Do I pay to open a file or to restore values?
No. Opening a file, the preview, the check of what remains, restoring values, backups, and the history never use credits.
